The staff at this outlet of Fraser Hart and always happy, helpfull and do all they can to make my experience an extra special one. Even when there has been a problem with a major supplier the staff go out out of their way to solve the problem and make me a happy customer.
I have been using Fraser hart in Worcester for over five years now and have always had brilliant service and after sales care. I recently went in to purchase a Tudor black bay 58 and the sales assistant Chad was extremely helpful and made sourcing the watch seamless and easy with a friendly and no pressure buying experience. I will definitely be using Fraser hart in Worcester in the future.
After a really bad week with regards to the announcements of wedding guidelines from the government, we were feeling rather negative but we needed a wedding ring. The minute we walked into the shop we were greeted with so much positivity. I have tried so many rings on and could not find the one. Today I found the one. Chloe made the experience so enjoyable.
