Very poor, I gave a watch in this March for repair of which they gave me a quote for £300 which is more than the price I paid for the watch. As you can guess I asked for it back without the repair. I then received a message to say it was back from Seiko and when I turned up to collect they didn't even have my watch, they had sent back the wrong watch. My partner also gave her watch in for a battery change and re-seal in Feb and this is still not back from their repairers.

Dear Sir/Madam I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for an engagement ring for my partner as it needed to be sized.  We ordered a size ‘i’ and picked it up today Friday 17th and it’s the wrong size as it’s still too big. She was measured by the sales assistant. Can I add as well, that when buying and ordering the ring we received very poor customer service from the manager in the Worcester store. There was a problem ringing up the details on the computer which the lovely sales assistant was trying to deal with in a professional manner. However, the manageress was rude, she tutted and huffed and puffed. She shouted across to us about having to pay the full balance instead of just a deposit because of their mess up and asking ‘Why, can you not pay the full amount?’ The whole experience was incredibly embarrassing and took all of the fun out of choosing an engagement ring for my partner. We were stood at the till for 25 minutes while this shamble went on. Now the ring has arrived it’s not the size I ordered as it doesn’t fit her! This has ruined the whole experience of this special event, I expect a full explanation as to how this has happened? I will be returning to the Worcester store to discuss this however I do not feel comfortable discussing this with the rude female manager. Went in this weekend and bought a watch under their price match policy. The difference in price was quite substantial (£200) and I was expecting them to try and renege on the policy - something I've experienced at other stores, but there was no quibbling or arguing from any of the staff they just applied the discount. There's a very large range in the store and all of the staff are both pleasant and polite and very helpful. Would happily shop there again.

I bought a gold necklace, service was very quick and helpful.

I always get a good service here and mostly at the right price 👏🤗
