Great little shop...plenty of gift ideas...although I did go on monday after work, but it was closed at 5...such a shame I had to go elsewhere for a present....
Loverly place with friendly staff very clean tidy and some unusual gifts for all.
For me, this is certainly the go to store for wonderful gifts and ideas in Worcester. Staff are always very helpful and Friendly.
Lovely shop but it's a shame that the staff (1 assistant / manager) was extremely rude. I asked for a cornucopia bag same as the person in front of me had, got , this was to take a birthday present to my friend as she loves the shop - I was BLUNTLY told as the assistant grabbed a plain silver bag "No it's only a sale item" I was so shocked & lost for words. We have nicknamed the bag the "sale bag" hence feeling very de-graded as we walked out of the shop. The lady spoke in a very sharp rude voice & was just moving away from the till. My daughter was very shocked too.
