We have had done our roof 2019 with D&D and this 2020 winter and we have already a leak. I have called him, have been promised for next day or the day after. He left us with six months old baby, leaking roof for Christmas. He has never called back or answered. 10 years guarantee is just a word, a joke. He has never gave us an invoice or a guarantee certificate. He is very irresponsible and a liar. If something is wrong he just burying his head in the sand.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company.Totally professional from the director to the great guys who did the job.
Good price, other roofers are overpriced. The main guy Damien he is very down to earth, great customer service and very professional. He’s work is of very good quality and good value for money.

Damian and his team helped with roof repairs to our extension and a plaster repair to our kitchen. They were very friendly, quick, professional, completed to a high standard and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend.

After not answering my emails, I phoned up and arranged for D&D to come round the next morning to look at some damp. They never turned up, didn't call to offer an explanation and didn't answer my phone calls. I've not heard anything from them since.
