I love the store but always find the staff to be a bit distant ..they never seem that friendly almost like their looking down their snout at u... need to improve customer service in my opinion

I was at this Dorothy Perkins in Northfield around two weekends ago on a saturday. I completely forgot to put this review up, i usually receive excellent service from the staff here but this time I had the rudest girl called Hannah. She's got brown hair and a constant stink face on her. She served me and I was nothing but nice to her but she kept pulling faces at me like I was dirt. Her colleague who had blonde hair, in her 20s kept giving me the same face to who was working on the till with her. The whole time Hannah was so disrespectful towards me. She told me to put my pin in the rudest way possible and the whole time she was pulling faces at me like she thought she was better than me. Then she handed my receipt to me the nastiest way possible. The whole time she served she said no please or thank you to me. She had no manners at all, then I said it to her face how it is. I said to her thank you would have been nice, you have been so rude the whole time you served me. She looked shock like she didn't know that she was doing it, she said sorry to me. Which was a shock especially with how much attitude she showed me before. I just walked out, I had enough by this point. What about if someone has depression and they get served by her then they will feel even worse .She needs to learn some customers service especially people are having tough hard days. Last thing they need is someone as nasty as her and her colleague with her on the day to serve them. The staff are usually so nice here but this time I was getting looked down on by the girls behind the till.
