To: Cyril Arridge, Suzanne Oldnall, Phil Harris, Sharon Lilley, and their Team. They failed to provide substantial advice on the implementation and enforcement on the terms of the Court Orders. They also failed to keep us updated on the progress of the case and acted without seeking instructions. As a consequence, we had taken steps to complete matters ourselves. We are in the process of referring this matter to the Legal Ombudsman as we are looking for compensation. Seek your legal advice elsewhere...

Tried to use to buy my first flat. Very simple case, no chain, I'm even living in the flat I'm going to buy, with a good relationship with the sellers. Very rarely do I write negative reviews but I want to warn others to AVOID so you don't have the stress. Have had to start again with new solicitor almost a year later. Only silver lining is no-sale-no-fee, but i'd rather have paid and owned my flat by now! Several solicitors within the firm handed my case file, almost every time I got through (eventually) it was someone else. Four times I was told I would be called/emailed back the next day and never heard from them. When I did most of the time the staff were rude and/or clueless. I spoke with the company who recommended them recently, they reported 'they're no longer on our recommended list due to so many complaints'.

I went through something extremely traumatic and hard and Kelly Wise was and is in my opinion the best barista/ solicitor out there. She is attentive, helpful, kind, professional. She will always get back to you in the time frame she says. She is very optimistic and most importantly she is realistic. If I ever have any problems I will stick with these solicitors but especially Kelly. I highly recommend this firm. And even inquiries they take time to answer you and get all information.

Would not even give them 1 star. After paying them a lot of money to fill forms in for me so I could safeguard my children it took 4 weeks to be told the forms that the so called professional filled out was 12 months out of date. And filled out incorrectly. Would not waste your money..
