I was coming to the end of a contract term with my franchisor and did not want to continue with the relationship. Following some discussions, I knew that this was not going to be easy and that it could become a difficult and painful process for me. Having known Andrew for several years through networking I spoke to him about my options and what would be the best solution for me. Bradley Haynes Law had also assisted us with the probate when my mother in law died and they were excellent, so I had no hesitation in asking for help. Following our initial conversation, I knew he was the person I wanted to help me with this matter. Andrew was very thorough and patient with me. He went through the contract in detail and listened to my reasoning for wanting to leave and then advised on a course of action we could take. Andrew managed the communication with the franchisor, and what may have been a long drawn out litigation procedure was settled very quickly and efficiently. It was such a relief and I cannot be happier with the service provided by Andrew and the team at Bradley Haynes Law. We have filmed with Andrew Bradley on several occasions and found him easy to work with. His knowledge of legal matters is immense and he can answer any question you fire at him concerning the law. Highly recommended if you have any legal problems you need solving.

An absolute shambolic conveyancing experience from start to finish. Half baked junior staff assigned to our property sale and purchase. i.e you pay for solicitors fees but will get an inexperienced paralegal who will literally do the bare minimum for you ...and probably gets paid a pittance too while the boss is on the golf course. The first one left after 3 weeks, then the next person who was assigned to us left the week after! The staff are slow, unresponsive and commercially inept, not trained to answer the phone professionally ( if at all ) either. Make sure you filter on the reviews to find all the negative ones...many seem to have experienced similar to me. Total dross who will deftly suck the money from your bank account to their own and deliver very little value for it....you have been warned! These lot are well connected with local estate agents so you may well get referred to them by your agent, my advice would be to give a very wide berth.
