My solicitor recommended Paul Kemp to assist me when lines of communication broke down between my ex and I. Paul was extremely helpful explaining how the mediation process worked and provided clear guidance in very difficult circumstances. I am very grateful to Paul for his help and have no hesitation in recommending his service to others.

Have to agree with the previous poor reviews. I had to chase the practice for emails and certificates they promised to send me. I had a very unhelpful response from Paul Kemp when asking if the other party was prepared to mediate. I don't think this service keeps an open mind and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If the mother of your children does not want you to see them, that service is definitely not for you. After the initial session and the second one with my ex, I now feel even more that I am the only one to blame for the whole situation. I have doubts, that even the Court won't be any helpful. My situation turned 180 for worse. The service itself is a total rip off, and I will not use it again. Not recommended. Such a waste of money.

I was a client of this mediation practice some time ago now and also found the service very poor. I agree with the last two poor reviews. I have recently needed mediation again and was just doing a search and saw these reviews and the responses. I was not going to place a review but I was appalled by the responses of this company. Very unprofessional. Clearly people are entitled to express their view without being told they are not genuine, just because the do not want to contact this company again and choose to put their view online. I would not recommend this company.

Family Mediation is a process which I approached with some caution as I knew that the outcome was always going to be difficult for me to accept. However the mediator took the time to explain the process thoroughly and had a completely neutral approach. Whenever either of us showed concern he was able to put us at ease, and we were quickly able to come to an agreement. The professional manner of the mediator and the way the meetings were conducted with grace allow me to recommend this to anyone seeking a settlement after a separation. The Worcester Family Mediation Practice is registered with the Family Mediation Council which regulates such advisers. They also make great coffee.
