Particularly in the current climate with so many solicitors working from home, efficiency and professionalism can suffer. I highly recommend Pam Arrowsmith. Pam helped me recently with my divorce. Pam was always available when I wanted to discuss anything and made the process as pain free as possible. Her advice was clear and succinct and at all times she was a calming influence on the situation. Exactly what you need when going through such a difficult time. Thank you Pam!

Very disappointed with the service and outcome, and lack of professionalism, especially since thursfields were recommended to me. We expect professionals to deal in an ethical manner and charge fair fees. We have had no response to our queries about their fees and they are now using heavy handed means to try and make us pay for services that have not been provided. I work in professional services too and would never treat any client the way they have treated us. I would not recommend them to anyone and regret ever using them. My advice if you do use them, is to ensure you obtain a fixed price fee quote - otherwise they rack up time on the clock and seek to charge you c £30 -£40 just to read an email or to send a short response that wouldn’t take more than a minute!
