I don't usually post reviews but feel compelled to make sure noone has to put up with the arrogant and inexcusable service we have suffered from HCR Law (the firm). This firm have bullied and harassed us for nearly a year due to a conveyancing mistake that they made and then tried to blame on us, the paying customer. The Legal Ombudsman have found them to be in the wrong but HCR Law will still receive no consequence for the initial wrong or the subsequent handling of the fallout they caused. The stress, heartache, financial and emotional turmoil this firm thought was acceptable to put us through is deplorable. I will never use HCR Law for any legal matter ever again. You have been warned.

Worst law firm award for this firm of Family Law solicitors!! I speak from experience as I used them for family law matters and they offered a very substandard level of service. I sacked them and went to a professional firm. I would advise others to go elsewhere as this firm will take all your money and offer no level of expert service in return. I used another local firm after leaving and the service is so much better. I would give Harrison Clark R, no more then one star as they are over priced, the solicitor's advice is substandard and overall unprofessional. J

Review of HCR family solicitors: extremely poor service. I received a slow and painful service. There was a failure to respond to my calls and emails in a reasonable time. I was kept more up to date about my divorce from the solicitor for the other side. This is embarrassing. I was charged a large amount anyway but for such a poor quality service this was outrageous. I can fully understand the other poor reviews given the poor service I received also. I simply would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have worked closely with both Clare and Mandeep to complete the purchase of our dental practice over the past 12 months. Their service has been outstanding, we have been extremely happy and keen to recommend. They are very responsive and attentive, they are always available via phone and email. We completed on our practice acquisition 6 days before the COVID-19 crisis and the original government guidance overlooked new businesses and TUPE transfers. It was with Sarah’s help that we are now able to claim furlough for our protected staff members, something which has saved our business! The Eagle HR team have also been hugely beneficial and offered us detailed advice in such uncertain times. We used hcr and were so upset by the poor and overpriced services that we wanted to write a review to let others know about our bad experience. 0 stars would be more appropriate, 1 is to high ! 1) poor communication and service.We had to telephone in and chase updates on our case despite promises that we would be contacted on specific days. 2)Arrogant/rude solicitors/talking down on us 3) Much higher cost billed than agreed .When i say high i mean 3 times more . 4)The firm push more towards going to court and writing blunt and unhelpful letters. This i believe to charge huge costs . 5) I have read the other poor reviews on google about hcr and am only sorry i did not listen to them warning NOT to use this law firm . A warning to others do not make the same mistake .Avoid the poor service and overcharging of this firm .Go to a professional family law firm . I noticed there are a number of poor reviews with similar experiences.
