Artisan bread with responsible mission.
First, I bought their bread through the app 'Too Good To Go', which offers the shop to sell their food at the end of the day at discounted price, instead of throwing the edible food away.
Thus, the bread I had was not 'their best'. Alas, it was so good! I had some fruit pastries which was so beautifully baked. Flaky yet soft and not too much butter. In my package was also a big loaf of sour dough with grains. That was fabulous when toasted for breakfast.
Could not be happier.
So many delicious treats it is hard to choose but the Norwegian cinnamon knot is my go to.
The best croissants I’ve had outside of France, the best bagels I’ve had outside of North America. Probably the best sourdough I’ve had anywhere.
The bread is fantastic, the staff are lovely, and this bakery does laminated pastry very very well.
Lemon and raspberry danish was the most amazing thing I’ve ever had 😍
