After nearly 4 years registered with the practice, I was driven to the point of writing a review. Rude and arrogant receptionists. Incompetent, unprofessional dentists with contradicting opinions, I lost a tooth due to them failing to diagnose (even though I complained of sharp pain on two visits), had to go privately eventually and by that time it was too late to treat and save. Have now de-registered.
"We care more" after three years my visit entailed. 10 second prod on lower gum, and 1 minute x-ray. I was on my way, seriously. This is not the place for a detailed check up.
Deregister after my experience.
I am sure that they are all professionals, just some have more experience then the others, understand... But the people with less experience need to understand that they need experience but just the qualifications, they are not selling clothes, it's people's health and well being that they are responsible for!!!!
I can highly recommend.. I'm not the best patient and when told my back tooth was beyond repair I was mortified! So it's 5 stars to Mr Baker who made me feel at ease and removed it in only about 5 mins .... and I didn't feel a thing! Thankyou!!!!!
My experience here was dreadful. The receptionists could not have been ruder, dentist treatment was short and hurried.
If I could give it less I would!
