I was seen and given my Invisalign Braces quickly, everything was explained and I was offered support when/if required. They follow up and check in with you. They offered good payment plan options, though they were too high for me, I had to do my budget and say what I could afford and have this checked, to see if it was ok to pay a lower amount, before I knew if I could go ahead. The dentist and team were super nice and supportive about it and they understood. I was really excited to start my treatment. I arrive on time, and I am kept waiting outside for 15/20 minutes and in this weather, with winter fast approaching, it is not really ideal or right, as I was on time. If I was late, by that margin of time, I don't know that I would refuse to be seen, though I have been in the past at a Dentist/Doctors, where I have been late by 10 minutes. When an appointment is made, this could be respected, as I arrive early to respect the Dentists time. Otherwise I am really happy, and my treatment is going well, they work fast and answer all questions you have, so you feel comfortable and at ease- so I am really happy so far. Thank you.
Went in to start my Invisalign journey and the whole experience was lovely! The staff and Dr Gill were super friendly and explained everything so well so I could make the best choice. Can’t wait to begin my journey!
Called these guys as had tooth ache and my current dentist is no help. They were so helpful! Had a dentist call me back within the day and had antibiotics by that night! Will be transferring here for sure!
My daughter had to have two teeth removed in preparation for her braces. The service was outstanding, the procedure went extremely well Dr Gill is amazing. I would highly recommend this practice
The only problem is lack of appointments, this was also a problem before the lock downs.
When you actually see a dentist, the service is excellent, I have had toothache for several months & I am waiting for another appointment to see a dentist to get a second fitting for dentures, this has been ongoing since July.
I was also scheduled for an appointment for September, but this was cancelled because of a suspected case of the virus at the surgery, so now its a case of hurry up & wait.
