I can’t recommend the fantastic Abbey Dental Surgery enough. I can’t believe how I comfortable I was made to feel on a recent emergency visit, especially in the current climate. They had safety precautions in place throughout the clinic, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. As well as this, the professional, friendly manner from all involved certainly made me feel safe and looked after.
I cannot recommend the team at Abbey Dental Surgery enough. Thank you for keeping patients up-to-date regarding your response to the Covid pandemic. I was made to feel welcome and safe despite my own concerns. It's very reassuring to know that the whole team are taking the safety of their patients so seriously!
Had a great and painless experience, Staff and Dentists have great knowledge of what they are doing. I was made comfortable before and while the treatment was going on. The only thing that pinched me is the costing of the treatment, its too high.
I had a really bad toothache last week and was so scared to go to the dentist due to the pandemic - but the team were so nice and made me feel so safe!! I was given forms to fill out online and had my temperature taken when I got there. They gave me a mask and hand sanitiser too. The whole time I felt v comfortable and like my safety was paramount. Will definitely be using this surgery again!
Poor service, over kill on Covid 19 protocol, as if there standards are that high following government guidelines, no smile, miserable team, they charged £48 for first appointment, quoted £350 to take one tooth out, rip offs, had same treatment else where for first appt £22 including taking the tooth out.
