I was in pain, over the weekend and on Monday was desperate to consult a dentist. Contacted many other clinics but the response was BAD. At SMILE Dental Care, they were able to schedule me for a late evening appointment.
Dr Jaspreet, who saw me, was very warm and friendly, made me feel comfortable, a PRO at his work. Consultation and extraction was completed within a short time. GR8 job doc! Thank you.
The front office staff are also very courteous and helpful.

Great service from the initial call from the receptionist Jean and then by all the rest of the clinical staff involved in the root canal procedure. Done as an emergency on the same day. Cant recommend this practice enough, polite, attentive and professional.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. Worst dental practice I’ve ever come across. I’ve been trying to get hold of this dental practise for 2 weeks due to an extreme toothache I’ve been suffering from. It seems as if the whole place doesn’t exist the moment you call them. The receptionists are not only extremely rude when they DO PICK UP but up until now I haven’t been able to book an appointment with them. I’ve been calling nonstop for days and nobody has been answering any of my calls as if they’re ignoring the phone completely. I’ve been able to get through to the receptionist a week ago who was ready to offer me an emergency private appointment for the same day but not a NHS appointment. When I told her I didn’t want a private appointment she told me the dentist would give me a call back even though I’ve already explained my situation to her and the pain I was suffering from. The dentist never called me and I’ve never been this frustrated before. And yes I am a patient with them for many years! This place is very evil and should get shut down! I am disgusted by these under qualified unprofessional receptionists!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Brilliant service very helpful receptionist called Renata she assisted me getting my dads appointment and seen to ASAP . Remained polite and communicated well.
