I have been with many dentist in London and Windsor and I changed to this one and I have to say Dr. Rodrigues is the best of all I have seen so far, she is very professional, kind and caring. The staff is also very welcoming. I do really recommend this surgery. I have moved away and still I drive to them.
Recently trying to register myself and family for a new local dentist during this pandemic has has been very difficult as most are not taking on new patients. My daughter had been suffering from tooth pain for the last few days i called up this practice and explained the situation to the receptionist/nurse who had answered my call. My daughter was offered a call back from Dr Rodriguez the same day which we was very thankful for and given antibiotics and told to call back or email if her symptoms worsened. They was fully booked but we was offered an appointment the week after.
I would definitely recommend this practice as staff are very helpful and informative. 👍
The worst practice I have been too, rubbish receptionist, told there was nothing wrong and sent to the hospital for a scan. Told the dentist I am in pain and have been since. Tried ringing and telling them if I can do another scan still told to go hospital. Just want quick money and provide no service!
I have been a patient here for numerous years and usually treated by Dr Elinda Rodrigues who is the best dentist i have been treated by . She is most professional , friendly manner along with her staff . She fully explains the treatment deemed necessary and is very light handed with her treatment procedure .Would recommend her highly .
My family and I have been with Cippenham practice for the last 12 years, I have always been seen to by the same dentist. Dr E Rodrigues is always friendly and warm when we get there. This definitely put the kids at ease!! Her treatment is always perfect, my daughter has had three teeth removed but due to the high level of professionalism she is not scared to go back. The nurses that work with the dentist are also very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.
