No complaints :) all products I bought there always came into good condition an didn't have to do any returns.
Went here on my way 2 my daughters, was surprised 2 find it closed as the web site said they were open. Not happy as i dont drive and had a waisted jorney on the bus. I wish there web site was more up 2 date. Went 2 sansbury only 2 be told i have 2 order on line, not every one has an argos account so i have 2 go elis were
I went in with a rather odd situation as my order had a few problems(on the system side i will note) and i wad very happy with the help that Baz provided.
I appreciate i went to get my order at a pretty busy time so service was never going to be the fastest, but he was serving a good few people at once and still sorted out the issues i was having.

Shocking from Argos and their staff, reserved online to be then told after waiting for 30 minutes for 1 item that they can’t find and manager just walking the aisles aimlessly to avoid telling me that they don’t have the item. Manager shocking attitude and staff incompetent.
Lack of training on Consumer Rights Act 2015,
My personal experience was that I was refused a refund for an faulty item and told to take the device to apple regardless of having it for 2weeks the experienced older supervisor that was trotted out, kept repeat the same thing and was ignorant to my request to speak to the manager which I make after I knew she was making a big mistake in refusing 28days fault return under CRA. If there was a trading standards mystery shop she would of failed horribly.
