5 stars is just not enough......I’d triple the amount if I had the option. Cara and her team were absolutely amazing when our much loved family pet dog suddenly became very unwell and deteriorated very rapidly. We left our dog in the capable hands of this team and although we were expecting the worst due to her age we got the call to say surgery was successful. Our family are extremely grateful to Cara and the team who went above and beyond and I would happily recommend this veterinary surgery to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable service.

Amazing vet clinic with lovely staff. Reasonably priced compared to other vets, and they have so much love for the animals there. Would definitely recommend, and have done in the past leading to my family all taking their pets there

Visited today as this vets was the most local when my small dog was attacked by another dog and was bleeding and in pain. Despite the seriousness of the injury I was told they wouldn’t even consider emergency butterfly stitching because my dog isn’t registered with them. Fortunately my own veterinary practice which is not local and as usual had a huge queue of people waiting, fitted us in and made my poor little dog comfortable. They like me, were utterly shocked that another practice would have no compassion or duty of care for an injured animal.

I had used Hopwood Vets numerous times in the past with my rabbit, Bobby; I always found them to be very helpful and informative. The welfare of Bobby was always their main concern and the members of staff made a big fuss of him whenever he visited. He sadly had to be euthanised around five years ago at this vets. I will always remember and appreciate how comforting they were during this sudden and upsetting situation.
