We are always very happy to take our dogs to the Bromsgrove Vets4Pets. We feel safe and know we can trust them, especially Lois. Everybody treats us and the dogs with respect, care and love. We feel like we’re part of a family. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about any of them at Bromsgrove. They are all really lovely.

I was in a huge panic because my dog had ingested something she shouldn’t, I was able to get her seen much quicker than expected & the 2 members of staff(receptionist & vet) were extremely kind & patient. They both were very attentive to my dog & I felt she was in very good hands. Excellent service & I would not hesitate to recommend.

The vet explained what she thought the problem was and what should be done about it. She was very kind to my pet. Vets 4 Pets offer an excellent service and are by far the best vet we have used.
