These vets are fantastic. They now have a new lady called Lisa who is also a credit to them. She has gone over and above sorting out a problem and has a lovely friendly telephone manner. The vet i had was not very uncertain as to what me pet had.
I got a 'most likely' diagnosis i asked if I could have definite yes or no answer but the vet couldn't guarantee what me pet actually had.... waste of money and my time to not get a straight answer and medication 😒
Team all very friendly and helpful. Waiting area well set up for the new social distancing rules. The vet we saw was lovely, very knowledgeable and offered advice I found useful.
The vet and staff were very helpful and compassionate at very difficult time as my dog is becoming end of life, they gave me more time as I was so upset, explained everything to me and made my dog comfortable whilst we have a family discussion to go back, the vet gave me the information I needed for what happens at the end and to look at what we want for our dog. The reception staff are excellent as I made a few phone calls to ask more questions they were so kind as at times I could hardly speak and they just waited. I have no words to express my thanks they were wonderful, however the worst is yet to come for us when we go back, however I know they will look after us.
After ringing and speaking to a receptionist or nurse, a vet (Rosie) rang for a tel apt and then agreed to see my pet on the day due to concerns. Clear procedures on distancing and of findings. Excellent service and price clearly explained in advance. Planning to join the complete care scheme. Improvement suggestion - it would be helpful if your offices could post out forms as I have no way to download and print else I would have joined the scheme before this apt.
