Chris, Paul and Lee recently decorated our new extension and the adjacent dining room and in the process brought the old dining room back to life. They took great care over the repair and preparation of the walls and ceiling in the old part. They work to a very high standard and were great at communicating with us. The job was completed inside their estimated time, and to estimated cost. They kept the work areas as tidy as possible and removed all waste and rubbish. Overall, they were very professional and we would definitely use them again.

Absolutely terrible! My mum booked them and had confirmation that they would be at her house to do some exterior decorating today. NO SHOW! They just didn’t bother turning up, not even a text, call or email. A complete waste of time. They were very quick and keen to give us a price, but after that, communication was terrible. Several weeks of time wasted when we could have just booked someone else. If you can’t fit in the work, let people know. At least have the courtesy to apologise. Honestly folks, don’t waste your time, just find a company that will actually respond to your emails, and turn up when they say they will.

I have been completely satisfied with the exterior work I had done with Chris and Paul at W.P. painters. It was carried out in a professional tidy manner with discussion throughout, to ensure that I was happy with proceedings along the way ,and that my requests were being met. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them! Chris and Paul were both kind and respectful to me and i would have no hesitation in requesting further works in the future.
