Unfortunately, numerous problems with phones and ipads. Sunny has the best customer service response I have ever had in the tech world. He has tried numerous things to resolve my issues and explained in terms I can understand. I also bought a new phone from him (which yes was £15 more than online) but 1) I felt confident with where it was coming from 2)Its a local business 3) I have a one year warranty I trust. 4) great service.
Lovely guy, he sold me a very good product for a very good price. Was very generous with his time and answering my questions. He showed me how to set it up. I appreciated his help.
The deal I got was so good, I recommended him to my parents and they have subsequently bought a laptop from him and are also very happy.
I’m a local resident and have purchased a number of products from phone lab. Sunny is always extremely helpful and informative. Gerrards Cross small retailers have struggled with the move to online platforms by consumers but this type of business is extremely valuable in our community and we should support it especially given the excellent service they provide.
