Bought a couple of items from them recently. Hadn’t used them before but I’m happy I did. The prices were good and items arrived when they said they would. I also found the guys I spoke to pleasant and very helpful. They’ll be my first port of call for any future gear.

Very rude customer service over the phone. I did not hear what the guy on the other side said as the connection was not clear his reply to me was "like i just said to you" in a very belittling, rude and ill manner tone of voice. First and last experience I will be having with yourselves!

I’ve read the 4 reviews on here & they really don’t tell you a lot - so - thought this might help someone who’s considering whether or not to trust this Co. if potentially going to spend a substantial (relative but anything to do with film/photography is generally not cheap) sum of money with them ... in my case a £3,000 portable LED light kit. I own & run a professional Dog Training & Walking Co. - profit margins are tight - photography is my passion & I was hesitant to spend blindly (so did some digging on other review sites first) ... I needn’t have worried! I’ve purchased from CVP in the past - biggish & fast + efficient, but, lacking a ‘personal touch’. Martin at 3D Broadcast offered me an alternative as he didn’t have the kit I wanted in-stock; declined as I am very specific in my need. He contacted the Supplier in the USA - kept me in the loop both via email & phone - ***YES - a human, not a machine, with real conversation*** & then ... W-A-Y ABOVE ‘the call of duty’ ... as it’s a 4 day Bank Holiday weekend - meaning that, although he had received the kit, posting it on would mean nearly a week further to wait - he asked a colleague to drive quite a distance out of his way to drop it to me, out of hours, at home! When was the last time you received THIS level of service? Would I use this Co. again? Answer - UNRESERVEDLY - AYE, WITHOUT A DOUBT, YES, CERTAINLY!!!
