Parking machine was not accepting cash so had to make card payment over phone, automated service, gave information over phone, paid for 6 hrs parking only to receive a confirmation text message 5 mins later to find that they had registered a wrong letter and car colour! tried to call number on the cash machine kiosk to correct this but unable to speak directly to a real person as a weekend so had to pay again as did not want to get a fine in 10 days time!
Stuck in a monumental mental traffic jam due to road works.......NOT IMPRESSED
