Not enough parent and baby spaces. Or the ones available are tiny spaces which you can open doors properly to get babies out.
Lifts are out of order and have been for almost a year.
Helter-skelter exit is awful, I dread leaving every time. Getting a new car next week so doubt I'll use it again
Pretty nice car park with loads of spaces and convenient access to CrownGate and the town. Unfortunately the 3 lifts that serve the car park users only have 1 working lift which can get quite crowded at peak hours considering this is one of Worcester’s primary car parks but the lift that is still working is quite fast and efficient which takes you directly into the shopping centre. I heard they are planning on modernising them soon so hopefully the problem should be solved after the modernisation. There is on site security with lots of security guards patrolling as well as CCTV monitoring in the car park so you don’t have to worry about car theft. It is also open 24 hours which is good if you work the night shift.
Crowngate car park is the safe place to park your car in Worcester and the cheapest 😊 crowngate car park is open 24 hours 7 days week 😃
