Disappointment.
The ashes were placed in a different urn than the one chosen at the funeral home. We were told that a new urn could be collected and the ashes would be poured by themselves.
We went again to the office, the ashes were actually poured because the new urn employee giving us his fingers was covered with white powder ... requirement.
Pure mockery, and the family undergoes additional breakdown after losing their beloved mother and wife. Not necessary at all!
For you, these are probably small and insignificant details.
But if you have a little respect for the deceased and her family, please send them at least a sticker with a print to save them another and completely unnecessary difficulties - especially on the way to Poland for burial!

I wanted to warn everyone Before this company and the Lord who leads. He is an extremely unresponsive person, for any answer or an inquiry with the organization you have to wait a very long time and you personally do not answer everything. I do not recommend 100% for people and lacking professionalism.
I would like to thank Mr. Jacek on my behalf and for all the family for professional help in arranging all formalities and documents related to bringing my deceased brother's body from London to Poland. Mr. Jacek helped from the very beginning, he was always available at the telephone and ready to answer any question or doubt.
