I went there just for a coffee, a blond lady ( I guess the manager) was rude and impolite. My friend's order came wrong, in the end we had to leave because we couldn't stay 3 people to the same table. There was one young lady, Italian, she was nice and smiling, I can't say the same for the others

As a regular Pret customer, my regular experiences at Pret are great though I feel as though this situation in particular needs to be mentioned - I visited yesterday (02/10) before my trip to London though just having been hit by a car and off my cycle, I had been warmly welcomed by the staff (in particular, Anne) who gave me a seat, my drink, anti-bac wipes for my wounds as well as comfort. I was shaken up. A very considerate gentleman (Marcus) who was too a cutomer, came to comfort me but also gave me advice as well as painkillers. It is moments like these that make me grateful to live in such a place. I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the kindness of people such as Marcus - I am on the road to recovery. Thank you.

I visit this particular Pret A Manger every Sunday as a pit stop on our bike ride. We have tried other places but this is by far the best place for quick tasty food. They maybe a little bit more expensive than some but you get what you pay for and everything is top notch. The fillings to the sandwiches are of a high quality and there's always plenty. This week we had the ham cheese and mustard toastie which was perfect, crispy and full of filling and at just the right temperature to eat straight away. It's clean and well managed and the staff are cheerful and helpful.

Food good and not big queues, but staff got frustrated when I asked to switch the Mac and cheese I’d just bought for one they’d just brought out - the one I’d picked up was the only one left, had undoubtedly been there a while and was not very warm, and as soon as I’d payed three fresh ones were carried out. Staff member was visibly angry and threw the original one in the bin. I understand if they have a policy against reselling food items, but it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Cheaper than Cafe Nero which is a few doors a way even though the lighting at Cafe Nero seems more relaxing. I ordered a 99p filtered coffee and a warm vegetarian breakfast bap which Cafe Nero doesn't have, both filtered coffee and warm food. Don't forget to ask for your receipt as it has the door code for toilet or you can ask one of the barristas for it. They all seem friendly, overall it's a nice and warm place to wait if you arrive early for your train and the train station is opposite it and has no coffee shops there.
