Excellent friendly and speedy service. Amazing hot chocolate for less than £3 -- much better value than Costa or Starbucks both in quality and value for money. Highly recommended! Nice added extra with compostable cups and lids too.
Served by a very rude male on platform 4 at 16:50 today, who struggled to serve tea properly! Shame. There are some excellent staff, but obviously not enough to go round.
Got a lovely camomile tea here in the evening for the train ride home, reasonably priced at £1.80. Tasted great, and the staff seemed friendly, having a discussion about whether or not herbal tea should have sugar or milk in it!
Rude staff ignoring customers, never have a good experience here.
Great service, great coffee. The server and Batista was very friendly and efficient. I don't get why all these snowflakes are leaving negative reviews
