The atmosphere was good. The Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was well displayed and inviting. The cheesecake was delicious and so was my Mocha. I had seconds of my Mocha. Tables were clean and the staff kept the tables free from clutter. It was child friendly with high chairs available. I would recommend this to friends.

Strange .... Most of reviews are for the cafeteria and not the Nespresso boutique. Anyway This is ridiculous, Nespresso store in Cambridge doesn't take cash payment ! You just lost a customer, I know enough stores who will take my money. Good bye

We went about 13.00, on a Sunday and there was a few people at tables eating but not busy. We ordered fish and chips. We got our drinks straight away but then waited more than 25 mins for our meal. A couple who came in after us walked out and a lady complained more than once ,she was waiting for the fish. The food was good and we both finished with empty plate's. As we had lost so much shopping time we couldn't do everything we wanted to do before our parking Time ran out.

Very nice place at the last floor of John Lewis. Tea, coffee, cakes and something to eat plus nice view from the top floor.
