Rude beyond belief!!! Never going there again and we were only there because of a recommendation!! Maybe different staff ? Absolutely disgusted so went to Bravo where the service was excellent.
Staff made us feel really uncomfortable. Our server was unwelcoming. I can understand there are extra measure in place with COVID but felt the server was loosing her patience a bit. Gave no indication on how to order and sounded annoyed when we asked how we should order.
Food was good but doubt I’ll return due to staff.
Wow £7 for a piece of cheese cake. The bloke is wearing a mask not because of covid but because he's robbing everyone. The cheesecake was OK but te smallest portion I actually sent it back for to e swapped
Snapped at by staff for going to counter when I was just following what was written on notice, couldn't have a menu because I couldn't scan, didn't have mobile with me. The place wasn't even busy. Took my money elsewhere and I will never bother going back.
Tiny Portions, massive prices! £9 for a single slice of cheese cake to takeaway, same price as eat in!
They do not update Just Eat when they are out of stock either so expect to be disappointed when ordering the more popular products for delivery/collection ...
Sensitive cold products put in the same bag as hot products for transport is just thoughtless as it melts!
Both Tesco's and Sainsbury's are a stone's throw away, use them instead.
