I had to go personally to book a computer because after calling I was told to go to the website, but it wasn't useful.
When I went there, In the beginning they couldn't find the appointment that I booked, then the computer got in standby, I wasted so much time and you have no more than 45 minutes, I lost all my documents I was uploading for 2 time, I asked for fews photocopies (which I paid so much even though I got the card, after I was told it would be useful for have them free).
I didn't like the organizzation of time because someone may need more time and someone may need less.
Hopefully there was this young lady, Jane I guess, she was very king and helpful giving me few more minutes to finish my work (which I couldn't by the way), I appreciate that so much.
Awesome library. Many floors and plenty of books. helpful staff and plenty of seating. The only downside i would say is the toilets are often smelly and not as well maintained as the ones in grand arcade, but for books on most subjects this is one of the best places to chill out in cambridge. Nice Kiddy area to.
It's amazing library. Quite big and in a mall. Lot's of activities takes place for kids.
Great study space but gets busy quickly.
Top notch public library in the centre of town. Lots of space to work. No hassle from anyone. Great place to go if you need a place to hang out for a few hours that is quiet.
