Fantastic customer service! Very up front with their charges and Terms & Conditions. I hired a Luton Van with a rear lift platform to move house for the day. The Enterprise rep said if you think you will be late just call. Turns out I was going to be late, I called up and they were very relaxed and reasonable saying I could hold on to the van up to 12pm on the following day for no extra charge. Previously I’d used a competitor but from now on I will used Enterprise when hiring a vehicle. I have nothing but praise for the staff who where fantastic from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond with their high level of customer service! I’m a very satisfied customer! Thank you Enterprise Rent-a-car, Cambridge!
Very efficient and friendly service both when collecting and returning a van. The staff were really clear and helpful about explaining the terms and conditions. The van itself was immaculate. (Sorry, I am posting this a couple of months late!)
I have been using them for the past 3 weeks and I can say the service from the guys at this branch is very good and impressive. I am most impressed at the fact they check-in the vehicle in the same manner as they check it out whereas many companies are more thorough upon returning your vehicle to try and charge you money if they can. Kay & other colleagues are so far very helpful and try and get you the best price. They also resolved 2 issues I had instantly.
