Booked months in advance. Attempted to contact the property owner several times the week prior to arrival to confirm access and arrival time. No response. Had a confirmation/booking reminder through booking.com. Property very hard to find on arrival. Owner ignored phone calls, texts and messages on booking.com where we were requesting help. An hour and a half later we had an automated notification saying our booking was cancelled due to "permanent closure". While searching for somewhere else to stay, this place showed as "available" again.
