I have recently purchased a property from Philip Laney & Jolly and I couldn't be happier. The sale took slightly longer than expected but as 2020 has been a somewhat difficult year globally, given we have experienced two lockdowns, I expected things may take longer. Mel and James have been so supportive and helpful every step of the way. Anytime I made contact I would receive a response straight away and was always informed of any development during the process of the sale. Working with Mel and James has been a pleasure as not only are you made to feel valued as a client but also you feel you have made a friend as they are so friendly, efficient and genuinely have your best interest at heart. I highly recommend Philip Laney & Jolly and I can't thank them enough for helping me move into my little dream home!

Its taken far to long to write this but we have been enjoying our new home so much. These guys are absolutely amazing and we're professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the property and purchase from the beginning.
