I've been renting from black pear since starting uni, I'm half way through my third year. They are a great letting agents with attentive, helpful staff who have made the pressure of uni so much easier. I would highly recommend Black Pear to anyone looking for a place to let in worcester, especially when starting uni here. Professional staff, an exceptional service and such an easy transition to move in and feel at home.

I have now been with Black Pear for 3 years in 3 different properties. All of the staff are attentive, professional and willing to help wherever they can. Black Pear really do have all students/young professionals best interests at heart and always try to make you as comfortable as they can in the home you are renting. I have recently finished University and I am now renting a studio from Black pear which I cant fault at all. Couldn't recommend them enough.
