Nicol & Co have been great start to finish for helping me purchase my property. Lara was fantastic in setting up my viewings and sorting out the initial offer stages. Throughout the rest of the process, Leanne Fletcher has been professional and incredibly proactive to ensure a smooth process, and made sure I was always in the know of what the next step was. For an easy and efficient sale or purchase I would definitely recommend!

Jasmine has been remarkable, initially providing a quick response to a general inquiry, leading to us making an offer the following day and receiving an acceptance, all within 48 hours of initial contact. I cannot recommend Nicol and Co highly enough for their top quality service. They were exceptional from the first interaction through to the sale of our property, even during the lockdown period. I was constantly updated throughout the whole process. I must say a special thank you to Leanne in the post-sales team who has been amazing in getting us to the point of exchange. She went over and above and without her, we wouldn't have exchanged in the time frame that we did (12 weeks which is impressive in the current climate!). Very big thank you and highly recommended.
