Vicky and the team were absolutely wonderful during a long and complicated sale mid pandemic! Vicky was clear and pragmatic throughout, as well as being very responsive whenever needed. Her huge amount of local knowledge was reflected in the advice she gave us, and kindly accommodated multiple photo visits to get the best possible images for marketing purposes. Though her organisation went through it’s own internal changes this did not impact the service we received and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicky and Andrew Grant. Thanks so much

We highly recommend using Andrew Grant, they are an excellent and experienced estate agency. Justin was our estate agent and he provided professional property details that highlighted all the fantastic selling points our property had to offer. We absolutely loved the photography; it was very professional and again showed off all the great features of our home. Rebecca organised all the viewings and she gave great advice on how to show the home to potential purchasers and as this was the first property we have sold it really helped ease the nerves of the first viewings. Justin and Rebecca did such a great job of marketing that we had an offer for the full asking price within two weeks. If that was not enough, we even had support throughout the sale to completion from the amazing Sarah, she is a real star and we cannot thank her enough for all her support throughout the sale. Communication was key to getting the sale through so fast and from the beginning we were keen for a quick turnaround. Sarah communicated daily with our buyers and their solicitors to keep everything moving along smoothly. Our sale completed in just under 3 months from the initial offer. We will use Andrew Grant again in the future and want to say a huge thank you to Justin, Rebecca and Sarah for all their hard work.
