Owners rude with very bad attitudes, feel they have the right to ring and shout at my parents who are in there 70s while on the site over nothing ,first the women rings then 2 seconds later the wouldnt call him a man does, Upset my mom which upset my dad. No people skills and think they have the right to talk to people like that. Disgusting !!!

Lovely setting and well maintained but not dog friendly at all signs every where so dog couldn't do anything, not even allowed on the bank of the river elson point was a distance my pitch and as I'm disabled I wasn't able to carry the toilet cassette up the hill to the toilet block..the facility was accessible by road so I drove to it.. But some jobs worth stopped me and said if you can't walk up you can't empty it And you can't park there ..... over all not a good experience perhaps the site could become more disabled friendly

Stayed here recently too many strict rules owner or manager very rude and arrogant, riding around in his van with flashing lights. Chemical waste disposal was absolutely disgusting, filthy won't be staying here again
