The small Caramel latte seems a lot smaller than it used to be and I wasn't asked if I wanted sugar. As you can no longer help yourself I had to go back and ask for some. Staff friendly and Covid measures observed. Coffee nice as ever. If I'd been offered sugar at the till it would be 4*. Bring back the old sizes for 5*.
What an absolutely vile place. They are a franchise, not a proper costas and they have a license to do whatever they want in Costa's name. I was particularly disappointed to discover that they will not offer vegan or proper vegetarian options on their meal deals (very different to costa's standard practice) and their signage is misleading. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful (just what you need in a hospital coffee shop when you are feeling ill, obviously). Eveything about this place is nasty. I will not be using this outlet again and while it is a franchise, it's still using the Costa name and I was so upset with the service I recieved here that I don't fancy using any Costas for a while.
Quick fast service but the queue system is a little crazy.
Very good service, very well organised.
