We used White Oak to arrange a buy-to-let mortgage and their service was exceptional. Our thanks to Sam who was professional, charming and efficient. Not to be confused with White Oak UK which seems to be the case with the previous reviewer.
Poor quality service. I took out a loan - they took a payment out on the day the loan paid out by mistake - then took a week to refund it. The next payment they took 6 days early whilst still charging me interest on it. I would not recommend using Funding Circle.
