I have been going to this family run Jewellers for a very long time and so have my parents and my grandparents. I tend to usually ask for Raj as he is super helpful and he always goes above and beyond in order to help me get what I want. For example today I went into the store and Raj was there, he previously helped me with a gold chain that I wanted fixing and today I decided to purchase a new solid gold chain. He was so helpful and showed me many designs and got me the best offer possible. This family run business is amazing and I would definitely recommend this jewellers to everyone!! This is the only jewellers I trust and respect as they are friendly, helpful and more importantly trustworthy!!!

I've worked with Raj now for both the engagement ring for my now wife and the wedding bands to go with it and have to say he provides the best experience and service I could ask for. These were big purchases for me and after feeling not to great about the interactions I'd had at other jewellery stores i went to Ganesh Jewels and was blown away by the difference. Raj made it very personable and presented me lots of options, helped me to find the perfect ring and has been great to work with ever since. I wouldn't go to anyone else! Once again thank you too Raj and hid professionalism and patience!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They are a 10 on scale of 1-10 for customer service and quality. I have been buying jewellery from Ganesh Jewels for years. Raj is fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service you get when you go to Ganesh Jewels. Raj listens to what you’re looking for and can even help educate you on quality if you are not so sure what exactly to buy. Not only have I bought jewellery from here but when I have needed other jewellery repaired or a link taken off a Tennis ball bracelet, I can count on Raj to assist. Every time I have visited Ganesh Jewels, I am warmly greeted, this establishment is run with honesty, integrity and exceptional quality. By far the BEST jewellery store in Slough and surrounding areas. I highly recommend you stop by and allow Raj the opportunity to assist you with your next jewellery purchase.

Incredible service with unbelievable personal touch. I was in the market for a band and setting for an engagement ring and came across Ganesh Jewels on my searches. Seeing that all of their reviews were fantastic, I decided to contact them. They were able allocate me appointment, they had designed the perfect ring to hold the diamond that I wanted to propose with! Not only that, but Raj was extremely personable, flexible with the timeline, tried his absolute best to get the ring built and in my hands in only 3 weeks...just in time for the proposal! My fiancé loves her ring and we'll be visiting Ganesh Jewels again for all of our future jewellery business!

I was served by Raj and the customer service is really good. Very friendly and helpful when trying to find a design. They provided me with loads of options and gave me a good price too. I would recommend them.
