Nice people to do business with! The owners were very friendly, welcoming and patient with me (despite me making four separate trips to their shop on different occasions while shopping around at other jewellers locally and in Southall!). Excellent customer service. I went in with a minimum budget for a ring for my partners birthday gift. I was helped without buying pressure which I felt I had received in a few other jewellers in the area. Will be recommending as I got a great deal within my budget. 5*
