I had an appointment booked during the Christmas break, and I was a bit nervous beforehand. However, I really had no reason to feel this way because straight away upon arrival I was given a glass of water, and a reassuring "You will be absolutely fine!" by the lovely receptionists. My dentist was also very nice, and it was such a positive experience. I am so happy that I've found a great dentist that is just on my doorstep, outside of student accommodation! Would recommend to anyone :)

Very impressed by the reception and care I’ve received from everyone at this practice. Dr. Shihab Hussein was brilliant. He was very reassuring throughout my root canal treatment, and took the time to explain every step to me in detail before proceeding. He even checked in to ensure the tooth was improving in between appointments! Thank you!

I have been reassured by the quiet professionalism and care that I have received at this practice since the change in management. My anxieties and concerns have been listened to and the treatment I have received adjusted to my needs and delivered within a caring and supportive environment. The additional pressures of the current situation are, in my opinion, being addressed in an effective and careful manner and all the staff I have met have been professional and kind.

My 5 year old boy had to have his front tooth out due to the damage to it. Dr Hussein did a brilliant job, explaining him how he is going to feel in a very kind and relieving way. My boy had not a drop of tear or any sign of fear, and was just pleased to see his tooth taken out at the end. All safety measures were put in place for Covid-19 and we felt very comfortable and safe in the environment. Also, the staff and the nurse were very nice and kind.

I had a wisdom tooth problem so went to Cambridge dental for a check up and was told that I had to be referred to another dental practice for a surgeon extraction which was a bit disappointing because their website clearly shows they do have a dental surgeon at their practice. 2 days later I emailed the practice to ask about the condition of my other tooth which was turning black near gum and was told that I had to make another appointment for another check up. I was totally disappointed and furious. Though they later told me that the other tooth appeared completely ok according to x-ray and I should go for a hygiene with them to confirm. I can't trust their answer and will not go back. I genuinely hope they can do better.
