Although previously I left a bad review as I wasn't happy with the reception staff, I must admit that I had a very great experience with Aparna V. recently. She is amazing and was able to calm me down as I'm a very nervous patient. She was happy to answer for all my questions, treated me with respect and didn't make me feel bad for being scared and worried. She was professional and friendly at the same time and now I finally don't scare anymore to go to the dentist. Thank you.
I'm so glad I have at last found a good dentist. Judy is always on time and puts you at ease. She is very gentle and quick. The staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking nearby. I don't feel nervous anymore.
Lovely dentists, I'm very nervous and they are really good with me, so a big thankyou, also lovely receptionist's, always nice and helpful.
Very, very poor service. They dont care about the patients. Tooth that needed root canal doing, i now have to take it out. I have not been so disapointed by a dental sergery. Had a few appointments with weeks apart, the canals were not filled in properly, the dentist did not put a temporary crown and by the next appointment the tooth cracked. Also, i have complaint to the manager.... a few weeks ago and still waiting to get back to me. I know will be taking this further. Stay away from them.
Absolutely lovely dentist, im total phobic and was put at ease. The receptionists were very friendly, nice and bright surgery, so glad i xhose this practice.
