Never had a problem in all the time I have been going. Always can fit me in when needed and can fit me in to times around my schedule. The nurses and receptionists always do a fantastic job at making me feel welcome and comfortable. I used to be really nervous when going to the dentist but since going here that anxiety surrounding the dentist has gone and I actually look forward to going now! If I could give more that 5 stars I really would, they deserve 10!

If you suffer from any disability that requires non amalgam fillings they will want to charge you full private price when it is free on the NHS if you have medical issues or take certain medicines... This practice is ignorant and uneducated of these facts.

The dentist sealed an uncleaned cavity. I got inflammation. She made an appointment to the hospital in 3 months and left me with pain. Defeat. I went to the dentist privately and he fixed it for the next six months. I do not recommend.

Very busy practice at 4.00 Slick reception service. Could do with a bigger seating area had to stand for awhile. Been coming here for over 10 years so the practice has seen changes. Now has a mobile reminder service - so no forgetting appointments. Very happy with my dentist. Extremely professional and thorough care. Good communication ad regards care of death a longer term care plan for treatments. Would recommend this surgery, but perhaps get an appointment after 9.00 as lots of school children and students at 4.00. Good five star rating for this dental service

Used to be a great dentist, massively gone downhill, clearly taken on too many patients. waited 6 months for appointment for kids, got cancelled, booked in another 6 months later, that was cancelled due to covid. The way they've managed everything since covid has been pretty awful, didn't get the PPE in anywhere near as soon as other dentists so when my partner had an issue we had to pay privately. Now they are saying they are only talking to people in pain, even though I was in pain with my tooth for 4 days and its subsided they wont entertain an appointment even though the tooth has been snapped and I've been advised it may need replacing at some point. Made out like they are so busy, but then in the same breath said I could be seen the next day if I was in current pain. Receptionist was very condescending and really lacked any empathy, talked a lot and then when I spoke cut over me. Basically had a very bad attitude to the point even though I hadn't swore or anything, said I was being rude and wanted to get the manager to call me back even though I hadn't requested it. Then when I said I was going now and wanted to cut the call off she even laughed. I get the covid situation has made things hard, but the way they have handled it and quality of service for the last year or so has been absolutely dreadful. I used to get on really well with the older lady who has been on the reception for the last 10 - 15 years, don't feel like she would have managed the call in the same way.
