terrible ! wouldn’t give one star unless i had to ! Arrived at dentist today for appointments for both myself and daughter - told we were 10 minutes late ( which i dispute ) but would t see either of us and told we had missed 3 appointments which we hadnt ! ( mix ups over changes made by them and one time me during pandemic ) on another occassion completely traumatised my autistic son who now has to be seen at brookfield’s ( brookfield’s genuinely are amazing )- not interested in nhs patients - they referred me to a specialist for my tooth problem which should have been treated on nhs - that specialist wanted £300 to see me then £175 for xrays snd id need 2 before starting any treatment ) sadly we had a fab dentist at one point there but she’s now on maternity leave - - ( i wonder if they’d have turned me away today if i was a private customer - i think not ) they like the hard sell on cosmetic dentistry!!!also had bad patching of filing - the only loss is we are now without a dentist. - but eventually i know we wil get better treatment !

I buy a veneer for £600 and it breaks while eating a Mars Bar. They quote me £300 to replace and when I book my appointment they increase to £900 (200% increase). I’m now walking around with a glued veneer! Dentist made me feel like a number, not a customer. I shouldn’t have to pay anything, never mind a crazy increase. You say £300, it should stay as £300. Total madness! Stay AWAY

Was recently treated here by Dr Fiona Blake who provided impeccable care. Her manner with patients is lovely, and as a person who is quite nervous going to the dentist she made me feel really calm. Really happy with the final result after my treatment and would definitely recommend Dr Blake to anybody considering a new dentist!

Dr Fiona Blake has a kind, caring and patient manner. She has stopped my fear of dentist visits and you really feel she is putting your health first. She has put my mind at ease during my pregnancy and has referred me when needed. Been a patient at Smile Studio since I was a student and continued to visit even after moving away. It is a shame the distance is too much with a baby but I will continue to recommend Dr Fiona Blake!

I have visited a few times in the past 2 years and have always been treated exceptionally well by Dr. Blake. Her demeanour and knowledge helped me be at ease with the work that I needed to have done and I could not have asked for a friendlier environment. I have started commuting from London to Cambridge every few months to ensure I have the same high-quality check-ups by Dr. Blake and I could not be happier!
