I bought Bed and Mattress from this store back in August. They supposed to deliver to me in middle of November. Unfortunately, I did not receive at all. They now saying that we could deliver sometime in January. The customer services failed in many occasions to provide me a clear solution or explanation. I had to cancel my order after waiting almost 3 months in the end just before Christmas. Too much stress really just awful !!! The reality is, l have found same mattress and bed in Chelmsford store and they delivered to me in 3 days. What a comparison with Cambridge Store and other nearby store. I would not recommend anyone to buy things if they promise to deliver in certain times from Cambridge Store as they leave customers in a awful situation with lots of stress. Just terrible experience with this store.
Very pleasant. Waiting for family. Picked up a lovely chicken and veg soup. Filling and delicious. Friendly helpful staff. Tables clean and well organised. Thank you
We have shopped here for many years, it’s had its ups and downs, however the tradition of a great department store lives on. Friendly, enthusiast and knowledgable staff. Lots of choice and a nice atmosphere to shop in.

I recently bought a smartphone from Cambridge John Lewis..was very very disappointed with their service—-the male shop assistant serviced me that I asked him to give me the E-receipt and he takes a while can’t work it out then he said that he got my email address he going to send me later but I didn’t get my e-receipt so two days later I went to shop to request the my receipt but everyone said they can’t do anything about it and they have apologised but apologies it cost nothing... I like to ask John Lewis: Do you train your staff do his job properly? And do you have any rules to restrict your staff lie to the customers?
Why customers have to pay your staff irresponsible and mistakes??
I’ll return this phone and buy same model in Apple store
