Really fun to see how they tempt in their customers with escalators that take one effortlessly to the upper floors only to trap them there with aggressive and unfriendly stairs for use in the downward direction.

Staff were very processional showing my girlfriend where to get items I mentioned how did she dealt with steamed up glasses she got me a face shield and explained they were in most stores.It made the shopping more joyfully. I dint catch her name. She worked in Cambridge and had a like. She gave excellent service and should be commended for the service she gave.

After years of praising this brand I was deeply offended by the store manager who refused an exchange on an item that was within the time frame, still had labels attached and blatently just the wrong size. Stating that 'it looks worn and washed'!!! I have never returned or exchanged an item before and am still in shock at the treatement recieved. If you have sold an item to me that looks worn maybe you need to review your stock!
