I came to this location twice to try to pick up an item I reserved. I got served twice by the same young lady which happen to be really rude. She was unhelpful and unapologetic. She wasn’t bothered about helping me either.
She also happen to have a very bad breath(both times) which isn’t great for someone that works in customer service ...

It is the next door outside Sainsburys. There is a few small panels in the middle of square pointing towards the entrance.
