I engaged Phil Hind of BPC at short notice to deal with a property/litigation matter. Phil was very responsive and helped enormously to manage the complexities of the issue, including a difficult QC. Matters were compounded by the fact that I was in Australia - Phil dealt with the timezones well and was a good email communicator. Phil was professional and transparent throughout the process. I would happily recommend Phil for future work of this nature.
